Scoutversity’s Football Scouting Programme is a comprehensive, practical development pathway designed to prepare young people for careers in football recruitment and scouting. Inspired by leading industry standards, our programme equips learners with the essential knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in professional environments.

We specifically support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who have a passion for football but may have lost direction due to believing that playing professionally is the only path. Many face pressures from gang involvement or crime when opportunities seem out of reach. Scoutversity provides a constructive alternative, helping participants rediscover purpose, build confidence, and unlock their potential — guided by mentors who have successfully navigated similar challenges in football.

By completing these modules, participants gain practical skills, recognised certification, a professional work portfolio, and opportunities to connect with football clubs and agents, giving them a real pathway into the football industry while building brighter futures away from gangs and crime. 

We guarantee participants work experience within professional football environments as part of their portfolio development. In addition, the programme provides opportunities for meaningful paid employment locally and nationally, with the potential for placements across Europe for those who demonstrate strong commitment and produce high-quality work.
